Industrial Visit to MFH.LLP A Fashion/Production Hub,

Amausi, Lucknow

Date of Visit: 11^th and 12^th August 2026

Organised by: Maharishi School of Business Management in association with IQAC

Objective: On 11^th and 12^th August 2026, two groups of Management students at Maharishi School of Business Management (Maharishi University, Lucknow campus), in association with IQAC, embarked on an industrial visit to MFH.LLP A Fashion/Production Hub, Amausi, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. This was organized as an academic initiative to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a fashion and production-oriented organization. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts taught in the classroom and their practical application in an industrial environment.

Participating Students: MBA III semester students.

Visit Details: The students were introduced to the organization and its overall functioning. The visit provided them with an overview of the fashion and production industry and helped them understand how different activities are coordinated to ensure smooth production operations.

During the visit, students observed various stages and activities associated with the production process. They gained practical insights into production planning, workflow management, handling of materials, workforce coordination, and quality considerations. The interaction with the personnel at the production hub helped students relate these industrial practices with concepts studied in subjects such as management, operations, human resource management, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

The students also got an opportunity to understand the significance of teamwork, time management, discipline, coordination, and effective supervision in an industrial environment. The visit concluded with an interactive discussion, where students were able to clarify their queries and gain a better understanding of career opportunities and professional skills required in the fashion and production sector.

The students were accompanied by the faculty coordinator Dr. Priyanka Chowdhary on both days of the visit.

Students’ feedback: The industrial visit was an informative and enriching learning experience for the students. It provided them with valuable practical exposure to the functioning of a fashion and production hub and helped them understand how theoretical management concepts are implemented in a real industrial environment. It also helped them develop a better understanding of the career opportunities and skills required in the fashion and production industry.
