Objective: The Maharishi School of Engineering and Technology at MUIT Lucknow Campus, in association with Routledge (Taylor & Francis) & Cureus (Springer Nature) successfully conducted 2 Day International Conference from 1st to 2nd April, 2026. The primary objective of the conference was to provide a global platform for researchers, academicians, and industry experts to share recent advancements and promote interdisciplinary collaboration in engineering.

Participants: More than 200 researchers and academicians from across the globe.

Event Details:

Day1: The ICRAME 2026 commenced with a grand inaugural session, beginning with a warm welcome of the dignitaries. An overview of the conference was presented by Mr. Daljeet Pal Singh (Assistant Professor, MSOET) and Mrs. Pooja Shukla (Assistant Professor, MSOET). The ceremony continued with the traditional Guru Pujan performed by Mr. Sameer Tripathi and Mrs. Sandhya Tripathi (TM Teachers). This was followed by the auspicious Saraswati Vandana, creating a spiritual and respectful ambiance for the event.

The occasion was graced by Dr. Rajeev Kumar Upadhyay (Director, KNIT Sultanpur) as the Chief Guest, Mr. Abhishek Saxena (Project Lead, TCS Lucknow) as the Guest of Honor and Dr. Abhinesh Kaushik (MNNIT Allahabad) as the Special Guest. The distinguished guests were warmly welcomed and felicitated with token of gratitude.

Dean MSOET (Dr. Kalyan Acharjya) delivered the opening remarks, setting the tone for the conference. The session was further enriched by the address of Hon’ble Chancellor of MUIT (Shri Ajay Prakash Shrivastava) who emphasized the importance of innovation, research, and global academic partnerships in shaping the future of education and technology. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, MUIT (Prof. B. P. Singh) further inspired the audience with his visionary thoughts, followed by the concluding remarks of the session. Distinguished experts including Dr. Avimanyou Vatsa (Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA), Dr. Omprakash Thembhurne (Cureus, Springer), and Mr. Abhishek Bajpai (Oracle, USA) shared their valuable insights, strengthening global academic collaboration. Dean Academics (Dr. Neeraj Jain) motivated the audience with her encouraging words.

The session continued with an inspiring address by the Guest of Honour, Mr. Abhishek Saxena, who shared valuable insights on industry expectations, emerging technologies, and the importance of continuous learning and skill development for students aspiring to build successful careers in the IT sector. This was followed by the enlightening address of the Chief Guest, Dr. Upadhyay, who motivated the students with his words on innovation, dedication, and the role of young engineers in contributing towards technological advancement and nation building.

The inaugural session was followed by technical presentations and invited talks commenced smoothly across various tracks. The conference included 6 keynote lectures and 4 invited talks delivered by eminent academicians and industry experts.

Dr. Vatsa delivered an insightful talk on the applications of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in smart agriculture. He discussed how AI-driven technologies, machine learning, and data analytics can enhance crop monitoring, precision farming, irrigation management, and sustainable agricultural practices for improving productivity and resource efficiency. Dr. Saurabh Mani Tripathi (Associate Professor & Head, KNIT, Sultanpur) highlighted the practical implementation of grid-tied inverter control systems and their significance in efficient renewable energy integration and sustainable power management. Dr. S. D. Samantaray (Professor & Head, Department of Computer Engineering, G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology), the role of artificial intelligence, digital platforms, Industry 4.0 technologies, and data-driven innovations in transforming agriculture into a resilient, efficient, and sustainable food ecosystem. Dr. Sanjay Agrawal (Professor IGNOU, New Delhi) delivered an insightful talk on “Solar Tracking,” highlighting the importance of solar tracking systems in improving the efficiency and performance of solar energy generation.

The paper submission and management process were efficiently conducted through the Microsoft CMT Portal, ensuring transparency, fairness, and systematic handling of all submissions. A total of 595 research papers were received from reputed institutions, including IITs, NITs, Central Universities, State Universities, and other prestigious organizations, reflecting strong academic diversity and research quality. The conference witnessed an overwhelming response, with all submissions undergoing a rigorous multi-stage review process conducted by more than 145 reviewers, including over 22 international experts and 15+ industry professionals, thereby maintaining high standards of evaluation. Out of these, 186 papers were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of approximately 31%. Among the accepted papers, 100 were selected for publication with Taylor & Francis, while 86 were categorized for presentation only. Additionally, 35 high-quality papers were shortlisted for journal publication in Cureus (Springer), further highlighting the academic excellence and research impact of the conference.

The technical program was efficiently organized under 4 parallel tracks comprising 16 technical sessions, all conducted under the guidance of experts from prestigious institutions as Session Chairs such as IITs, NITs, and reputed universities. In terms of presentation statistics, out of 186 scheduled presentations, 179 were successfully completed, including 99 papers under the publication category and 80 under the general category.

Day2:

On the second day of ICRAME 2026, during the first half of the day, 60 paper presentations across different tracks continued smoothly. During the latter half of the day, the valedictory session of the conference commenced with a warm welcome of the dignitaries by Dr. Kaneez Zainab (Assistant Professor, MSOET) and Mrs. Pooja Shukla (Assistant Professor, MSOET). The session was graced by Shri Rajneesh Kumar Asthana (Additional Director, NIELIT Lucknow) as the Chief Guest, who appreciated the success of the conference and the quality of research work presented. This was followed by the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the beginning of knowledge. The spiritual ambience was further enhanced through the Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings for success and prosperity.

The distinguished guests were warmly welcomed and felicitated with token of gratitude. This was followed by a brief report of the conference presented by Dr. Rakesh Kumar Yadav (Convener), summarizing the key activities, sessions, and achievements of ICRAME-2026.

The session was further enriched by encouraging words from the Hon’ble Director General, Prof. (Gp. Capt.) O. P. Sharma, who motivated participants and appreciated the efforts of the organizers. The Chief Guest, then addressed the gathering, sharing valuable insights on emerging technologies, innovation-driven research, and global academic collaboration, while emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary research.

One of the key highlights of the session was the certificate distribution and the award for Best Paper presentation. The session concluded with the closing remarks by Dr. Kalyan Acharjya (Dean, MSOET, MUIT Lucknow Campus), who appreciated the collective efforts that led to the success of the conference.

Finally, a heartfelt vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Daljeet Pal Singh (Assistant Professor, MSOET), expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, speakers, participants, and organizers. The event concluded on a patriotic note with the National Anthem, followed by a group photograph capturing the memorable moments of the conference.

The conference was led by Dr. Kalyan Acharjya (Conference Chair) and Dr. Rakesh Kumar Yadav (Convener) along with the team of faculty members, volunteers and administrative staff. ICRAME 2026 stands as a strong testament to MUIT Lucknow’s commitment towards promoting research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Participants’ Feedback: Participants of ICRAME 2026 appreciated the well-structured organization, diverse technical sessions, and the opportunity to present their research on an international platform. They found the keynote and invited talks insightful and relevant, especially in emerging interdisciplinary areas. Many participants highlighted the smooth coordination, supportive environment, and valuable interactions with experts and peers as key strengths of the conference. Overall, the event was regarded as an enriching academic experience that enhanced knowledge, networking, and research exposure.
