Industrial Visit to Eldeco Latitude, Lucknow

Objective: Maharishi School of Engineering and Technology MUIT Lucknow Campus in association with IQAC organized an industrial visit to Eldeco Latitude, Lucknow on 8th May, 2026. The objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to modern construction techniques, smart infrastructure development, project management practices, and sustainable urban planning concepts followed in the real estate and construction industry.

Participating Students: Diploma (CE) and B. Tech (CE) 2nd semester.

Visit Details: During the visit to Eldeco Latitude, students were introduced to the professional working environment of a modern construction project. They gained practical insights into construction planning, project management practices, structural development processes, and the use of advanced construction technologies implemented at the site. Industry professionals interacted with the students and explained current construction trends, safety standards, quality control measures, and career opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector. Students also learned about real-time site operations, teamwork, resource management, and the coordination required for successful project execution through interactive discussions with experts.

The visit further included a guided tour of different sections of the construction site, where students observed ongoing construction activities, modern building techniques, machinery usage, and workplace safety practices followed during project execution. The experts emphasized the importance of technical knowledge, planning, sustainable construction practices, and professional discipline in the construction industry. Overall, the industrial visit provided students with valuable practical exposure, enhanced their understanding of real-world construction processes, and motivated them to connect their academic learning with industry requirements.

The visit was coordinated Dr. Gaurav Shukla (Assistant Professor, MSOET).

Students’ Feedback: Students shared that the visit provided valuable practical exposure to real-world construction processes, modern infrastructure development, and project management techniques. Students found the interaction with industry professionals highly informative and motivating, as it helped them understand the practical applications of concepts studied in classrooms. The visit also enhanced their awareness of current industry standards, safety measures, and sustainable construction practices.
