Objective: The Maharishi School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Maharishi School of Business Management, Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow Campus, organized a seminar on, “Evolving Era of Digital Marketing in Pharma Industry Using Generative AI” on 22 April, 2026 at MUIT Lucknow Campus. The seminar was conducted by team of Skill Synergy, Lucknow. The seminar's main goal was to critically assess generative AI's contribution to the development of digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, emphasizing its uses, advantages, drawbacks, and potential in a highly regulated setting.

Event Details: The seminar featured an expert talk by Master Trainer Dr. Arpan Mishra (Skill Synergy, Lucknow) who discussed how Generative AI is transforming the field through content creation, personalization, and data-driven strategies highlighting the shift from traditional to digital marketing, focussing on pharma industry. Moreover, participants gained valuable insights into enhancing brand awareness, optimizing marketing campaigns, and guaranteeing successful stakeholder involvement in a highly regulated business by looking at real-world applications, trends, and case studies. Furthermore, the seminar seeks to raise awareness among professionals, researchers, and students about new employment prospects and skill requirements in the field of artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and healthcare. In order to get participants ready for the future of pharmaceutical marketing in the digital era, it provides a forum for information sharing, creativity, and strategic thinking.
The other Skill Synergy team members present on the occasion were Mr. Sanjeev Singh (Founder & Director), Mr. Aditya Tiwari (Trainer), and Ms. Rupali Mishra (Admin Head).
Students’ Feedback: The students appreciated the clarity with which complex concepts such as AI-driven content creation, personalized marketing strategies, and data analytics were explained. The seminar successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications, enabling students to grasp how pharmaceutical companies can leverage digital platforms more effectively.
