Date of Event: 16th to 20th March, 2026
Organised by: Maharishi School of Engineering and Technology in association with MIRC and IQAC
Objective: Maharishi School of Engineering and Technology, in association with MIRC and IQAC, successfully organized a 5-Day Full Stack Development Training Program from 16th to 20th March, 2026. The objective of the program was to provide students with practical knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, enable them to build complete web applications, enhance their industry-relevant skills, and prepare them for real-world software development careers.
Participating Students: More than 80 students of BCA, MCA, and B. Tech (CSE) from final year and pre final year.
Event Details: On Day 1, Ms. Dharna Ahuja (International IT Trainer) introduced the participants to Full Stack Development, including an overview of web technologies and the basics of HTML for structuring web pages. Students created simple web pages as hands-on practice.
On Day 2, the training focused on styling web pages using CSS and an introduction to responsive design. Students learned layout techniques and enhanced the appearance of their web pages.
On Day 3, the focus shifted to JavaScript for adding interactivity. Topics included variables, functions, events, and basic DOM manipulation, supported by practical exercises.
On Day 4, the sessions emphasized back-end development concepts, including an introduction to server-side programming and databases. Students learned how to connect the front-end with the back-end and manage data effectively.
On Day 5, the workshop concluded with integration and project development. Students worked on mini projects, implemented version control, and learned deployment basics, followed by a program wrap-up and feedback session.
The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Suraj Singh (Assistant Professor, MSOET) and Mr. Ankit Khare (Assistant Professor, MSOET).
Students’ feedback: The students appreciated the well-structured sessions, hands-on learning approach, and the opportunity to work on real-time projects. Participants found the content to be relevant and aligned with current industry requirements, which helped in enhancing their technical skills and confidence. The guidance provided by the trainer and coordinators was also highly valued. Overall, students considered the workshop to be informative, engaging, and beneficial for their career development in full stack development.
